Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the apparel is in its original, unworn condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5 business days.
